A. Really hard to get but you can get it from Weapon Master Hunt in Treno. Really slim chance though... I've only seen it once.

A. Win one from the "Strong Phantom" in Memoria, and for the other method, I'm not sure but I'd it might be from a Chocograph. (correct if wrong)
Q. How can you acquire Gargan Cards?
I'm afraid not sir. Genji's can be acquired by as you said correctly winning in Memoria, but as for the other method: it can be won as a prize for 100 jumps in the Alexandria skipping mini-game. Also I think there is a method with Hippaul, but I wouldn't quote me on that one.Quote:

Tiger Racket Card: From skipping 300 times with the jumprope at Alexandria in the steeple. You can also acquire it from one of the players at the Treno tournament. And from the Rare Phantom at Memoria.
Mythril Sword Card: After defeatimg Gizamaluke, at the Treno card tournament, and once the tournament is finished, you can get it from the Weapon Master played at the Treno card stadium.
