Um. About Edea's card you could card mod all your weak cards so all you have is strong cards. Then when its random you automatically get all strong cards

About the White Seed ship. It is kind of close to Edea's house. From Edea's house you go up until you get to the end of the continent. Then you go right until there is a break in the cotinent above you. Then go up. Then go left. If this doesn't help you can always go to gamefaqs or you can look for a map on a search engine.

With the adamantine if you're not that far you can steal it from BGH251F2 in FH

Using card mod on all your weak cards would be a good idea but only if you didnt want to get every card in the game. I beat Edea and other people who used the "random" rule by saving my game just before playing them. Then I could easily load up my file again if I was given bad cards and lost.
Im not sure if the game always do this or whether I have been lucky but whenever I play random games I always seem to get given at least 2 of my best cards.
Is this just me getting lucky or do other people get a few (even only one) good cards each time they play using the "random" rule?

Recently I beat Edea at cards and won the Edea card. I was wondering, what does the Edea card refine into when using Card Mod?

Three Royal Crowns which allows a GF to learn the Mag+60% ability.

About the Random card rule, there's a way to abolish it but save your game first.

To abolish rules:

Area A: Has unwanted rule.
Area B: Has at least 1 rule, preferably exactly 1 rule, Area A doesn't
have, and doesn't have the unwanted rule.

Play a game in Area B. Proceed to Area A and save somewhere near any card
player. Challenge any person to a game of cards, when asked if you want to play
with a combination of both area's rules accept. When given the option to play
or quit a second time, quit. If the rule you want to abolish doesn't get
abolished reset and start over, if another rule spreads reset and start over, if
nothing happens challenge again.
Note: It's best to abolish rules before spreading rules.

Ok so guy I was on foinal fantasy 8 and I was woundering whata all the timber manic books where and what they are for.

Also I was also woundering where I can obtain all the weapon mags

You can find them in places but I can't remember where or do it the easy way and buy them from Esther's bookshop. If you've already been once remember you can use Tonberry King instead of going back.

It's a bit of both really...more on the cheating side though.

They give information on Laguna which you can read on Selphie's page if you go on to a computer in the second floor classroom.

Incase you want a list of where they all are:

July Issue: Balamb Garden Training Area on disc 3
August Issue: Hidden a few steps below the fountain (or whatever it is that Selphie's friend stands next to) in Trabia Garden
1st Issue: In Lunatic Pandora Laboratory as Laguna.
All issues can be bought at the Esthar Book Shop for 1000 Gil, except the 1st issue which costs 50,000 Gil. (Tonberry's Familiar ability is required
to buy the 1st issue.)

I have a question: is it possible to get dragon fangs when all the monsters have high levels? For all the monsters that can give dragon fangs (blue dragon, grendel, etc.) from what I've read they all stop carrying it when they're over level 30. Is there another way, or am I basically just screwed? Thanks.

ZELL from HELL:To get new weapons you need to have a weapons monthly magazine. The weapons that are in that magazine then appear in weapons shops. Go to a weapons shop (they are pretty much everywhere) and try to get one, look beside the name of the weapon and it will say what items and how many of them you will need, if you have the items GREAT get the weapon now, but if you dont then you will have to go and get them.

Chocobo Forest:
Recently, I attempted to complete the chobo forest sidequest thingy so I could get the Chicobo Card. I done it and then it didnt work at the end.

This is what I did:
Firstly I flew the ragnarok to the Chocobo Forest "Next to Shumi Village on Winter Island". I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside
with the chocobo and released it.

Then I flew the ragnarok to the chocobo forest "At Sorbald Snowfield on Trabia's west coast, south of Shumi Village". I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside with the chocobo and released it.

I then flew the ragnarok to the chocobo forest "On the Nectar Peninsular, along the east coast of the Centra Continent, south of FH". I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside with the chocobo and released it.

Then I flew the ragnarok to the chocobo forest "East of Edea's house, in the Lenown Plains on Centra continent". I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside with the chocobo and released it.

The next chocobo forest I flew to was "On south side of the Talle Mountains in southern Esthar. I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside with the chocobo and released it.

Finally I flew to the chocobo forest "North of Trabia Garden". I went in there and caught a chocobo. Then I went outside and rode the chocobo to the Chocobo Sanctuary "In Grandidi Forest".

I went inside the Chocobo Sanctuary and I thought you were supposed to see all the chocobos there. Then I thought they all do a dance for you and you then get "Chicobo Card". Obviously, I have gone wrong somewhere.

Could someone who has done this sidequest please read through what I have done and tell me where I have gone wrong. If anyone knows a site in which they tell you EXACTLY what to do for this sidequest, could someone please post it here. Thankyou

Blue Dragons drop Dragon Fangs at all levels commonly. You could also use Tonberry King's level down ability on Grendels to get dragon fangs. Personally I would just fight a blue dragon.

How do you get dragon skins? I need them to get new weapons. I guess there are many ways so Ill ask, What is the easiest way to get dragon skins?

If you are level 30 or over you can get them from an Anacondaur. They should drop them almost every time. Thats the easiest way I can think of.

I think you can find them near Dollet. On the Hasberry Plateau. I said it was a drop.

I have a question about triple traid. I want to have many cards, but i don't find the character-cards for example xell, cifer... Can someone help me??? I would like to have all character-cards.

ok. on the last disk. while your on ragnorock for the last time. go to the islands outside of.... damn. i think its dali but if not than its the first place you fight the trauma. go to one of the islands and hidden is a women who has every card in the game. but i cant remember which island it is so just look on each one till you find it.

If you don't feel like going to the card Queen just do these.

Zell-Go to the city of Balamb and challenge Zell's mom to Triple Triad, you have to beat her a number of times (I think... I haven't played this game for a long time, all I know is that you get his card from her... Actually I think there is a point in the game while you're visiting her after talking to her she will just give it to you... Not sure though.)

Rinoa-Challenge Rinoas dad to Triple Triad, he will ask you for the Ifrit card, if you have it you can wager it for the Rinoa card.

I hope those two were ones you needed, I collected them all, but that was a while back, I think you get Squall from Laguanna... I'm not sure of that though either.

If anyone can add to this, that would be helpful, thanks in advance.

yeah you can get Squall card from Laguna
Zell card from Zells mother (she will not give it to you....you musst win it )
and Rinoa is From Rinoas father in deling city.....you can win back the ifrit card if you want ;-)

Seifer- Cid
Squall Laguna
Rinoa- Lose Ifrit to Rinoa's dad. Then he'll use Rinoa's card. You can win back Ifrit from Martine in FH.
Kiros and Irvine are part of the Queen of Cards side quest
Kiros- Lose MiniMog to the queen of cards. Win Kiros's card from a man in black near the Junk Shop in Deling City.
Irvine. Lose Sacred to the queen of cards. Win Irvine's card from Flo. Flo is Mayor Dobe's wife in FH.
I think thats it. If you have any questions just ask.

If not you can find the queen of cards after you get the Ragnorok. She is in the Abadan Plains south of Esthar. You won't be able to see her on the world map. I think you have to land on the right spot. This took me forever.

Thanks @ all und I am very thankfull about you help Squall333. I've now completed the 2. CD and in the next week i have the cards.^^ But I must see football on the TV.^^
PS: I completed this game 3x. Not that somebody is confuse.^^

This is a good idea if you wantn the items quickly but I would like to have all the cards at the end and keep the file with every card so I can show off my achievement.

I'm not stuck exactly, but I just want to make sure. I've just started to play the game for the first time and I have got to the point where you are running back to the ship from the communications tower and you are being chased by the big robot. Is there any way of killing that thing or is the only option to run. I tried fighting it but under the time limit I couldn't kill it in time and it kept telling me to run. In the end I got most of the way to the shore before my time ran out. Should I just run or should I fight.

(Sorry if this is in another thread but I couldn't find it!)

I dunno if we can fght this, but if you want, you habto be very good. If you want try it, then you have to do this:
Alle characters sould be in the critic-hp-situtaion because they can use then her special-attacks. Then you must give all or some characters the element-attack thunder und you must power up the attack so high if you can.
Don'T use G.F., because they waste your time. Oter tipps do i not have.

I have been gegoogled in the internet and i find a site where stand that you get after the fight 50 ap, but idon't know what for items. Try it if you have this all what i explained. Tell me or us what you get because i don't know.^^

Thanks, luckily I have saved prior to the fight so I can train up. I had an idea that thunder worked as the thunder GF (can't remember name) did much more damage than my others. I did waste a lot of time at the first attempt using GF's so I won't this time.
