So, which one was your favorite? I expect a lot of KotR, but I don't know... the Bahamuts were pretty sweet. Mega Bahamut being my favorite. Bahamut ZERO is just over the top. haha.
Also, I pronounce it (Ba-HAH-mutt)... Not (Bah-HAH-moot).
And Choco/Mog. I killed the Midgar serpent with that summon alone. haha
It's actually pronounced (Bah-HAH-moot), atleast that's what they said in XII. My favorite summon would be Ifrit, I loved him in all of the Final Fantasy's he was in. And I used him mostly, especially in X, which he was awesome in, as well as the other Summons. But Ifrit would be my favorite.

Yeah, Ifrit is a BAMF in X. But I didn't like his design in every game. VII was kind of cool, but could've been better. IX was the worst. The gorilla style Ifrit is gross. Although useful. haha.

Yeah. Well Squenix believes it's Yoofie, but just because they thought it up and made it doesn't mean you have to listen to it. I have a friend who pronounces Tifa as (Tif-fa) whereas I do it (Tee-fa)... but he also though Cid was pronounced as Kid. haha.
How do you pronounce the FFIX main character's name? I definitely say (Zye-Daine) rather than (Zid-daine) or even (Zid-don-nay).
I prefer to call him (Zid-daine) personally. Although I heard a "lets player" on Youtube call him (Zid-ahn). Weird...

I always liked the entire Bahamut trio. All three of them Bahamut, Bahamut ZERO and Neo Bahamut, they get my vote.

My favorites in VII are Phoenix,Bahamut and Chocobo/Mog.
KOTR is of course one of the favorites simply because of the effectiveness, usually the only summons in the end i have equipped are Phoenix and KOTR (Master Summon sometimes.)

Bahamut ZERO owns!! I think he was the best of all the BahaMUTTs. His summoning scene was over the top. I originally was going to choose KOTR, but I figured everyone was going to choose them.
I liked that Giant Pig/Bull thing. Besides that ChocoMog was ****ing adorable
Odin for me because it was a quick end to most battles and he has a horsie so he is cool

Odin is sweet because I can remember how sweet it feels to finally obtain him. And I think the pig/bull is possibly the summon Kjata? I thinks that's the name. He did Tetra Attack for his ability, or something along that lines. Didn't use him that much because the animation was so long.
I never used Hades either. Didn't do as much damage by the time you get him.
What about the weirdest/goofiest summon? I thought Eden from FFVIII was pretty weird and a little goofy...any one else think so too?

But personally... I loved using Kjata all the time... That was my favorite summon once I obtained it.

I gotta say my favorite summon is still Shiva by the end of the game, i just love that ice-shard animation. I usually master it on every play-through.
My usual favourite is Odin, but I have to sa my favourite is Hades in VII. While he isn't the most powerful, his animation was well cool. Obviously, power-wise, none can beat KOTR.
Hades is a close 2nd for me, FF7 magic would be boring if i just went for the most powerful materia all the time.
Bahamut ZERO was a cool ass summon, and so was Hades hahah, for some reason I thought that giant melting pot he had was sweet lol. I didn't really use summons taht much since they hurt my stats so much but those are the few that I remember lol.

Well i was all ready to declare neo bahamut as my favorite summon.. but thennnnn.. somebody reminded me of odin.. So it has to be odin.. charging thru the fight and slicing.. He was the man..
MOST of the summons are pretty cool. I like the Bahamuts, Alexander and Hades especially they are cool! I honestly do like the Knights Of The Round summon as well (the power of this summon is just so awsesome!) however after seeing it many times (I see it at least 14-16 times every play through when I kill the Emerald and Ruby Weapons) it can become slightly boring and tedious. But like I said MOST of the summons are cool!
I think Ifrit had the best cinematics but of course if we're going with the most powerful, my fav would be KOTR.
