A. Bolt Armlet's can be found in the Forgotten Capital and also on the Gelnika I think? And Fire Armlets at Gaea's Cliff..

Actually it is a defensive spell but nothing like protect. Who casts it takes Zero damage from all physical attacks and it absorbs all elemental damage.
