A. Added Effect is found at the Cave of the Gi ( in Cosmo Canyon ). It adds Materia status to equipped weapon or armor.
Added Cut is found at the Great Glacier. It attacks when using attached Materia.
Q. Where can you find the Double Cut and Slash All Materia's? And what do they do?
Reviving:
A. Double Cut is found at the Sunken Air Ship in Disc 2. It lets you attack the opponents 2 times.
Slash All is found in the Ancient Forest after you defeat Ultimate Weapon. It lets you attack a whole group of enemies.
