how do you make the big frogs jump into the venusfly traps everytime i do it i get caught and the frog is still there i have tried many places around the trap but the frog won't get in what do i do!?

Im stuck at this one guy (forgot his name)....umm he's the guy that barret used to be buddies with and now he hates barret and you have to fight him with barret alone....it's at that gold saucer prison place. How do you beat him????? i will give 100 gold to the one who helps!!!or 100gil....lol...heh...not really all that funny is it?

thats tough.. are you already past the part where you lose barett in your party? if so you are in trouble.. especially if you did not level him up.. or are you just trying to find him?.. let me know

Equip Barret with a long range weapon and put him in the back row. Attack with your gun each turn your HP's are above 200, but once they drop to that point or lower have Barret heal with either materia or potions. It's not necissary to cast magic AT ALL during this battle, so only go in with what materia you need (such as Cure, Enemy Skill, etc.).

Keep the pressure up on Dyne and use Limit Breaks whenever the oppertunity presents itself.

You don't actually put the frogs in the fly traps, you put them into the little white sack lookin things up top. If you have picked up the frog just walking up to them should be enough. You can close the fly traps with one of those honeycomb-pineapple lookin things. hope this helps!

Where can i find Clouds Ultima Weapon?

You can get Cloud's Ultima Weapon from Ultima Weapon. Kind of funny He is the weapon that is flying around in the sky and hovers over places. You first fight him in that town where cloud was in disk two when he couldn't talk. Later you find this weapon again over Lake Junon in the Highwind. After you beat him follow him until he stops again then keep doing this until he stops at Cosmo Canyon. After you beat him he crashes and you win the Ultima Weapon. If he isn't there he should be sometime and if you can't find him fly around he will be hovering over somewhere. If you need further information you can go to www.gamefaqs.com and search for Final Fantasy 7 and find a guide of something.

To get Tifa's level 4 limit break Final Heaven you have to go to her house in disk 2. While you are there go to the piano and play X, S, T, R1+T, R1+S, X, S, T, R1+X, O, X, S, X.

You can get Cloud's level 4 limit break Ominislash at the Battle Square in Gold Saucer. You need a certain amount of points to buy it. I'm pretty sure you can buy it in any disk but it is cheaper on disks 2 and 3.

cheaper? I'm pretty sure its always 32,000 BP. Though the W-Summon materia is 64,000.

What is the recommended level for battling safer sephiroth?
My party is cid, red and cloud(obvious), ant their average level is 64.
I've mastered a few materias and beated ultima easilly.
I defeated bizarro without problems but when I reached safer it trashed me.
I got out of the cave and went to train.
EDIT: I forgot to say that they deal damage for about 6k's, with their ultimate weapons, and the HP is about 3500.

Try HP/MP Plus materia to get their HP to 9999. You need it. Your HP is too low.
My party was Cloud, Nanaki, and Vincent. Although.. I beat it when they got to 99. ^^;

My hp would be higher if I didn't have any materias but yeah, I'll get them.

You can buy them at the Materia shop at Cosmo Canyon. Get a few for each member and master'em =P

Ok, my main party is now full of them, my average hp is now 7000.
i also got the double attack materia I missed in the ship, and cloud does 8000 per hit.
Will this do?
EDIT: Yeah, it went fine, wiped bizarro only with physical attacks, and safer didn'd stand a chance

can someone please give me a quick rundown on how to obtain a black chocobo please?

Buy Greens.

Hunt for a Good Chocobo and a Great Chocobo (one male and one female, doesn't matter which) one normally found on the tracks by the desert that surrounds the Gold Saucer and the other normally found on the tracks over by Mideel.

Feed them lots of tantel or regen greens to raise their stats, race them at Gold Saucer to get their chocobo rank up (B or better is advised).

Steal three Carob Nuts from the crimson monsters that roam the grassy plains south of Bone Village. Save your game.

Breed your good choco and great choco using a Carob Nut (the nut is used for breeding green, blue, and black choco's). If you don't get a blue of green choco revert to a previous save and try again. It will happen eventually but there are better chances the higher their racing rank. Try to get one blue chocobo fro mthe first breeding and a green one from the second breeding. They need to be male and female otherwise you won't be able to use them for breeding a black chocobo.

Train up the blue and green just like their parents, trying to get them as close to S rank as possible. This will be a good diversion as you'll have to wait awhile for both of the 'children' to 'mature' for breeding puposes. Once you've gotten their rank as high as possible and they have matured, save your game, and then breed them with a carob nut. Black chocobo's are harder to breed, so it may take a few tries and you don't want ot have to wait for the green and blue to come back into season, so make sure you save your game before hand.

You should eventually be able to breed a black choco, however, if you breed a male and female blue and green choco with a carob nut.

This is the only way to get a black choco in game.

Although minor, this is still a question for help.

Does anyone have a good strategy on how to score well in that marching mini-game in Junon? Not the one to impress Rufus, the one to impress the crowd at the parade. The most I've ever been able to get is maybe 30%, and all I get is a freakin' grenade.

The only way is you must get to the parade asap. But i don't know why i can't reach the score to 100.
...oh, and there is another way, cheat....but I think you shouldn't, the game is fun because of it's hard.

Does anyone know what you do with the Masamune Sword, the Shinra Attack Soldier Toys, and the other seemingly useless stuff that you get as you travel around? They're just taking up space in my pack.

With most of those useless items there is nothing you can do with them. If you don't really want them you should probably just sell them or get rid of them. I liked collecting them.

I don't know because I heard a rumor that the Shinra Attack Soldier toys, when you get all 12, the battles at Fort Condor become free. I'm not sure if it's true or not. So thinking, maybe the others have some use too.

Not only have I found no use for them, but I haven't found a way to get rid of them either.
I've heard many rumors about '1/35 Soldier,' but they all turned out false. Same goes for 'Tissue' and 'Super Sweeper.' They seem to just be for collections, like the various, unnecessary key items in FFIX.

Maybe they were last min things that never was finished coded, and turned out to be just junk.


Hey, can you actually use the Masamune Sword as an actual weapon for someone, without cheats?

No you have to have a cheat. At least, that's the only way I've heard of any one getting the sword.
