I thought Cloud was great in Final FantasyVII
I go with cloud because he has gone through a lot and he kept going. tidus was in no way a leader because at the beginning he whined and had to rely on Auron to save his butt and to tell him what to do. although being atteacked by sin might ruin your day and slightly confuse you.
I would have to say cloud as well.
People are actually voting for Zidane? Are you kidding me? The selling point of Dissidia was I was finally able to kick that dweeb's monkey butt. But who am I to judge, I think Kefka is tougher than Sephiroth.
It's pretty darn obvious who I'm voting for. Squall's VERY much like me except I'm more of a smart ass and my forehead scar is way smaller (I do have one). The likeness isn't necessarily a good thing.
P:S: I like Cecil too. He has the same last name as me.
Difficult choice but I would have to say CLOUD!!!
Tidus looks like Meg Ryan.
Cloud. By far the most iconic. But Sephiroth is a close second.
He never got a group to lead and is not on this thread i know, but i think zack from FF7 would be a great leader, nice strenght, nice dexterity. Also who played crisis core got the oportunity to know his amazing history so zack is my true choice as the best leader.

My second choice is cloud i like his style too.
I'm with you, Zack would have been a great leader. He is one of my favorite characters all time in FF. Cloud wouldn't be who he was without Zack, so even though he isn't on the list I vote for him.Quote:

I've only used two of the characters mentioned in the poll, but i would have to pick Cloud as my favourite lead out of the four choices. He was my first FF character, has an epic default sword and has awesome limit breaks.
Squall. Awesome transition from a loner to a capable leader and hero. A guy who can assess a given situation before taking action, and somebody who shows a great deal of courage and heart in times of distress.
I'll go with Squall.....although I like all 4 options, Squall really manned up to become a hero, he was at first a loner who was powerful and didn't really care for everyone, but then when everyone relied on him, he came through and for his age became a very good leader. So IMO Squall is the best leader.
Cloud. Nuff said.
Zidane. Probably had the least cool look of those four, but I think he was the best character-wise. After going through FFVII and VIII with depressed, quiet main characters, it was nice to get someone in the next game who was the complete opposite. Zidane was fun.
i would have chosen Cloud
TBO I would prefer Zack to all of them but haveing to choose it would go squall, cloud, tidus, zidane....I hate zidane so much
