Ok so in DOC Vincent asks Reeve who is controling Cait Sith. Reeve says that it is probably someone who feels they owe the planet...This little riddle has long since plagued me.
Does anyone know who cait sith is being controled by? I always thought it was president Rufus...
I think you may have mistaken something in the conversation.
In DoC, Vincent basically asks Reeve who is financially backing the WRO. Rufus is the one who is giving the WRO the funds they need to operate.
Reeve has always been the one controlling Cait Sith.
