Super secret glitch on the Veldt

OK so I dont know how this isnt posted anywhere...maybe cause no one has tried it...but if you go to the veldt and have ONLY Gau alive with 1 HP, you use his leap command and jump at any enemy. Your party will all be alive with 1 HP each. When you get Gau back he will have a special Shmegma Lore.

Hint. Make sure he has some auto-haste cause Gau with 1 HP against anyone is tough. If you have auto-regan and he gets HP back before Lore, it will not work.

Edit - Does not work all the time, so i recommend save before you do this. Keep trying until it works.

And does this work on the GBA version??
