After geeking out on the FFXIV beta all weekend, I've found I need something to do to fill the void between the weekends. I haven't been able to stop thinking about and researching FFXIV. I'm hooked.
With that said, I need some digital methadone. I've been saving FFV for a rainy day, as the last SNES-era (my favorite era!) Final Fantasy I haven't played.
It is time.
After quickly skimming a couple guides (trying to avoid spoilers, but yes, I know about Faris and Galuf), I'm off! I'll be posting thoughts and impressions here as they occur to me. Don't expect any sort of regularity, though.
I think I read somewhere that this was the last Final Fantasy that Hironobu Sakaguchi was director, and not producer of...is that correct?
