FINAL FANTASY IV Announced for iOS and Android

It looks like Square Enix continues to re-release the classics! With the success of Final Fantasy I - III being ported to mobile devices, it was only obvious to continue to the trend. Final Fantasy IV was recently released for the Nintendo DS, but having it available on mobile devices will certainly allow more to enjoy the remake.


The game will arrive on the iOS App Store for both iPhone and iPad on December 20th, 2012, and will be released soon afterwards for the Android sometime early 2013. The game will likely cost $17.99 and in anticipation of this upcoming release, Square Enix is marking down prices of its other iOS Final Fantasy games, so be sure to download those now while they are cheap!

I wonder if the iOS version will be the same difficulty as the DS version or if it will be toned down? by the way Fuzz, it was released for the DS you might want to edit your post.

Haven't tried it, but I think I'm gonna get it for 3d mode. Otherwise, no real reason to replay it.

PSP remake was the best remake.

I've beaten that, it was very good. Still, playing in 3d is awesome. I'm playing it now and highly recommend. Might not have all the extra Lunarian dungeons, but it's still cool to play.

I'm doing the final Chapter of the After Years, I'm "lost" and at the point where you kinda just need to grind grind grind lol.
