    Favorite Strago Lore

I like Clean Sweep the best. The graphics of that blueness.

I always used aqua rake, stone, and grand delta.
Not cause I thought they were best, I was just too lazy to get the others...

Grand Train obviously as it is his strongest move and one of the best in the game and it looks awesome as well.

The magic Damage formula in FFVI is...

    * indicates multiplication / indicates division

    Spell Power * 4 + (Casters Level * Casters Magic * Spell Power) / 32 = Damage

    Damage * [(255-Target M.Def)] / 256 + 1 = Final Damge

    Earrings increase damage as well.

Using the above equation and knowing that Grand Train has a power of 84 and it ignore target M.Def we know that at level 99 with 64 magic Strago will do 16664 damage which is 9999 because of the damage cap.

I like Transfusion because the move seems to be really good while fighting Kefka at the end of the game. I would prefer for someone like Cyan to be alive rather than a character that I didn't use for most of the game. It's nice to have a sort of back up when you're losing to the final boss.

I would mention others but Transfusion is the only one I seem to remember.

Always been a white wind fan myself. Even though it's weaker than most other healing spells and it's easy to cast healing spells on all your party later in the game, I still love white wind!

Grand Train. The spell animation COULD'VE looked better, but it was a powerful spell that was really useful.

Grand Train and Flare Star look the coolest, Flare Star probably beating Grand Train by alittle bit.

White Wind. If you keep Strago with a lot of HP, you will be fully healing everyone with half the MP of Cure3. Aqua Rake is also great because it one of the few attacks that deals water damage. Not many monsters have resistance to water skills.

Is there a way to return to the overworld after beating the Poltergeist, Goddess and Doom and learning Forcefield, Quasar (Flare Star) and Aero?

I believe so. All you need to do is have one group backtrack to the beginning and jump on the hook, so as long as you don't move all three groups past the statues, you will not start the final sequence.

Aqua Rake/Clean Sweep because it has bubbles, I have a fascination with bubbles. EDIT: The other reason is because its always been my preference for Strago, its just something I always use in the way of Lore.

Grand Train is fun to watch the effects of, I don't really care to go and obtain it each playthrough. Only obtained it like once.

My favourite Lore is Grand Train simply because it is easy to get and looks cool. White Wind is a VERY close 2nd
