Most Annoying Boss

Garuda by far is the foremost boss that had pissed me off so far in my 2nd run through of this game. I get his health halfway down and he'll use a lighting spell that hits all my characters for more than half their hit points. Good knowingly my white mage goes one turn behind him and guess what move he uses right before I'm about to kill him? F#^&*@! Lightning..... -_- F U Garuda, I'm glad I shut you and your ugly beak up one and for all.

Who pisses you off the most guys?

The boss that gave me the most trouble at first was the Giant Rat. It was mostly down to the fact that I only had a Red Mage, thief, monk and warior which ment the Mage had to deal with casting white and black magic, while the other three flailed around helplessly. Since then I discovered you can just unmini yourself, making the whole dungeon that much easier.

And yeah the Lighting spell is a real bitch, along with all those attacks that deal major damage to the entire party. Gutsco the Rouge had a particularly bad habit of spamming Flame almost every turn.

For me it was Odin in the Amur Sewers! He literally drove me insane to the point that I was close to throwing my tab out of the window!!! Just as I was about to kill him (for the 30th time) he did his special Zanutkins move! Argghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Got there in the end though.

Idk COD was pretty scary at times for me since by time you get to the boss you had to beat 4 other bosses and go through like hour or 2 of gameplay and cant even save

Id been pissed if i died in there lol

To be honest regular Bosses in this game aren't too much of a problem. Grinding for about 2 levels is often enough to lessen the difficulty on most of them, I'm getting at least +50 hp each time I level up, which makes quite a big difference when my White Mage is punched twice in a row by Goldor or whatever he's called.

I'm grinding as little as possible this run through, so it's a bit difficult. That damn Giant Rat...and the occasional magic/item being "ineffective" even when it's super effective >_> damn the NES version...

I have got to say Salamander. It took me, like, more than enough tries to get through that pseudo dragon... even when his health was full, he kept spamming me with that fire breath thingy...

It took me some serious grinding to kill the b@st@rd...

Garuda wasn't much of a challenge since I have a Geomancer and a Dragoon with Sky Spear that does 5k+ damage with Jump and the Geomancer, for some reason , keeps casting Air Slash that does 4k damage...
