This is a great idea. You have no idea how much I've been looking for other people with FF3 so I could get the FCs and unlock the onion knight.
Also to answer FairBanks question I don't think so, but it never a bad idea to cover all your options.

May be the people haven't added you to their friend list yet? I've only got about half of my codes highlighted and the others not, so I'm guessing that's what's happened(?). They only light up when both of you enter your codes right?Originally Posted by david_pickett_84

I have added everyone on the list and am still unable to send mail via mognet. Is there anything else I need to do?
I've done some checking and some people say that both players need to be online at the same time to send/receive mail througth mognet. Can anyone confirm this?

I think we should try an set a time for everyone to try and send the mognet mail.
Also it is pretty difficult to write the messages so if I myself will send a my screen name only and a brief message.
Any Ideas ?????

old school, me and somebody else here sent a couple messages back and forth, therefore thats where i came to the conclusion that both people must add each other inorder to send a message. It doesn't make sence, but hey maybe it does. lol I reccomend that everyone just add the entire list i compiled and see what happens.
The people with the stars next to their names only had one post at the time of making the list.
I got it to work easily last night!
I sent a few messages to Magnus (and Maximus I think). When you've both registered your friend codes on your DS, I think you have to "check your mail" through the MogHouse menu over WiFi. This then highlights the friend codes in your Address Book to white and ONLY IF both of you have added the other persons friend code to your address book. Once you've sent a message to that person, their "code" changes to their name in your address book.
So now I've got a mixture of:
greyed out codes (other person not input in their DS or registered they've put in my code)
white codes (we've both put in each others codes and checked mail on DS WiFi afterwards)
Friend Names (i.e. I've received a message from that person, which in turn registers their name on my DS Mognet Address Book!).
I'm sure SquareEnix could have made this easier!

"Magnus found a trick Set the DS clock ahead an hour ro send another mail. Set it back and you have to wait an extra hour for each extra mail sent."
So, if you keep setting the clock ahead an hour you can just keep sending mail?.....Discuss

Tak2007 - I've added everyone (but the error codes) frommy mos ecent list (see above) You would be correct that if he number is greyed out the other person has not added you.
Grey Number = Other person has not added you.
White Number = Both people added, no message ever sent/received
White Name = Message exchanged
