Wow thats pretty neat, I have an iPod Touch so that would be a nice thing to get when it comes out. FFIII is a great classic after all.
Siliconera has posted some comparison screenshots

No release date for the US yet, but it's set to come out in Japan in March.

Chrono Cores:
It comes out GLOBALLY in March, one version, several languages.
Information comes out every so often on the official SQUARE ENIX DLG facebook page.

Maybe they should continue the franchise, instead of releasing older ones on new platforms.
Your pathetic existence will shut down. I will make your lives end in ruin. Fear me, as you fear death. Not a threat, not a promise, but what must be finished. 7 final arcs...
Yes. It is out. There are different markets; I don't like the iPhones. I found the trailer for those who don't have it:

I love the iPhone version.
It has that same analog that Chaos Rings has which is also so far the only one I've found as comfortable to use as an actual analog stick. Pinch to zoom in and tap to interact on top of it make things run oh so smoothly.
It even seems to have the odd thing added BUT on the negative side they removed that awesome video from the title.

I think it might just be one of those things that can be adapted to. It's second nature to me now, but I don't think I started completely smoothly with Chaos Rings. The main thing to remember is to keep your thumb down so the analog stick remains in place, but either thumb can be used anywhere on screen so that even single handed playing can be catered for and your other thumb can instantly be substituted if needed for any reason.
