Emperor - Dissidia. Male? Female?

I'm gonna say this once and maybe twice if I feel like it lol. If anyone looked like a female in Dissida, it was clearly Kefka, I mean look at him.....or her....I'm not 100% sure. But the Emperor is without a question, is a guy...he has strange fashion, but he's a guy.
