    Zombies (Zombies ate my neighbors)

I just bought this after reading a lot of websites listing it as one of the best retro games.

    Has anybody played it?

I'll tell you what I think when I've had chance to have a go.

    I <3 you Hyzen

This is my far my most favorite game from the Sega Genesis ever. (wasn't it on SNES too?) It was just to fun and to hard to put down back in the day. To tell the truth I never beat it, but I still tried and tried. I want to get this game again just to play it again!

Yeah, it was for the SNES as well. I remember playing it at one of those stations at the stores. It seemed like a really fun game, though I think I only played up to level 4. I hear it's really hard to beat; LordKaT did an Until We Win on it. Anyhoo...

Zombies Ate my Neighbours is still one of the best co-op games around. I have great memories of shooting up the place with a buddy in an attempt to save some unappreciative cheerleader and old man who refuse to help themselves in the least.

Good times. Except for those ****ing werewolves. Christ.

    Until now!

While growing up a friend of mine had that game for SNES. I borrowed it and got pretty far into it, but still couldn't beat it. From what I remember it was simply delightful.

Was one of my favorite games, and I would still rank it fairly high up there for sheer fun.

My brother and I were rather excited to learn that it was releasing on Wii's Virtual Console. Apparently they also released Ghoul Patrol, the sequel, which I haven't played. It didn't seem to do as well, and I had never even heard of it until recently.

I remember playing this so much back in the day though. I got pretty close to beating it. I got stuck on the giant spider boss. I used everything I had on it and it still wasn't enough. Looking it up, looks like that's level 36 out of 48.

Much better game with two players.
