What Valve Games Should I Play?

Recently I took part in an experiment that gave me a key to access any Valve games currently released and any that will be released in the future. I wrote about it here.

Anyway the only Valve game I have ever played is Portal 2 and I really liked it. So naturally I am installing Portal. What else should I play. I kind of suck at shooters but am willing to give anything a fair go as long as there is some kind of story element to it!

You has to play Half-Life 2! I obviously played it later then its release date in 2004 but it was still pretty amazing to me when I did finally play it in like 2007 or 2008 xD Graphically it might be kinda old looking but its really fun, plus it has easy normal and hard difficulties!

Valve mostly makes shooters IIRC but, yeah portal is great =D I still haven't played Portal 2 >_>

Half Life 2 is probably one of the best shooters ever.

The rest of their games are mostly Multi player games other than Portal games and Half Life games.
