Tales of Xillia 2 Opening and Release Tomorrow

With the release of Tales of Xillia 2 in Japan coming tomorrow the opening to the game is available. The opening was once more had a song from Ayumi Hamasaki, who had one of her songs in Tales of Xillia as well. Considering it being a sequel, it is not too surprising and provide a good connection.



An interesting bit to glean from the video, apparently they have cell phones in Xillia 2. Which signals a higher level of technology in Tales games, which normally sits somewhere around steam powered medieval fantasy. Most of the advance technology in the games tends to come from long dead civilizations discovered on their journey, the means that they obtain their airship many times.
