Square-Enix files trademark for Rise of Mana and Slimeshot

Square-Enix obtained two trademarks recently, one for a new Mana entry called Rise of Mana and a Dragon Quest spinoff titled Slimeshot. Not much is known about these titles at the moment. Last I heard, the Mana game previously released in japan is titled Circle of Mana which is a card battle game for iOS and Android devices.

I really hope Rise of Mana will not be a localized version of that game, but a brand new entry that will be as good as the Mana games up to Legend of Mana for the PS1.
