Is it worth getting after having beaten Ocarina of Time many times? Do the new challenges really enhance the game?

yes
omg
I played Master Quest for the first time over a year ago and I was stumped. No joke. I know OOT like the back of my hand I can tell you where to go in every dungeon/temple by heart lol. and Master Quest still stumped me.
Spoiler tho not really.
Water Temple wasn't bad compared to others. I only got to the Fire Arrow because the game froze on me when I did the arrow shot and I didn't save it so I didn't want to redo the Water Temple...it still took sometime because it's like they use Half of the Temple now but it's like wtf what am I doing. I loved Master Quest and I recommend you get it.

Awesome, I definitely will. Heard that some puzzles are dumb though. Whats' up with cows in walls? Hope they aren't too silly, but from your words that's not the problem I guess.
The cows in the walls was like woah wtf is a Cow doing in Jaba Jaba. It just adds to the new style since I figured when they made it they were probably like
"Majority of players playing this already know the game."
So I'm guessing they just wanted to throw you off.

I like how the bomb plant design was done in dogongo's cavern, that was pretty creative of nintendo.

Are there any extra dungeons or quests in Master Quest?
Just redesigned dungeons.
This is all I can find
Master Quest's most notable feature is that every dungeon in the game has been modified to increase the difficulty of the game. Each one features a different layout, changing the progression through the levels. Enemies are spread differently throughout the dungeons, and tougher enemies are encountered much earlier on than in Ocarina of Time. In addition, some Gold Skulltula locations in dungeons have been moved, and certain items that are optional in the original version are now mandatory to complete the game.

I wish they did this for every Zelda game. They originally intended them to have such modes after you beat the games once. I think the first Zelda besides OOT did this and that's it.
