This is quite an interesting direction for nintendo. I find it a bit crazy that they are doing that but they do have their reasons and they are following youtube's guidelines of "just because you bought the product doesn't give you the right to upload it." I am taking neither side to this issue and just plan to see where this goes since i'm curious and all. So basically, everyone who's doing a YouTube LP of a nintendo related game or uploaded nintendo music on youtube are now getting ads placed in their videos so nintendo can profit off of them. It is their property after all, I wonder if this is their response to people who emulate games?
