New Dragon Quest XI Screenshots

Square Enix released a batch of new screenshots for the latest Dragon Quest game for both Playstation 4 and the 3DS. The game is being visually made differently for each version. The 3DS will have 3D and 2D versions with the screenshot showing off the classic old 2D style the game used to be in years ago.

The first half are the PS4 version.

Either I dont see graphic changes but it just looks like a ReMastered HD DQ: VIII

however, I was wondering when the next Dragon Quest was coming out.

The PS4 and 3DS versions are very noticeably different graphically. If I remember the DQVIII port is for the 3DS, so it looking stylistically like DQXI on the 3DS as well should not really come as a surprise. However, the PS4 version doesn't graphically look anything like the DQVIII port on the 3DS from my memory. There are very different quality differences.

Those are some unnaturally high resolutions for a 3DS game.

I dont believe it will look like that on the handheld. No chance.

I don't know, I don't own a 3DS, but they don't look much different than what I've seen from other games. Which screenshots look too good to be true?

I know it's a major change I just think it looks more like a Remaster of VIII than anything new. Probably because I don't pay attention to it as much as other features haha.

I am unfortunate to stop playing VIII, maybe I should go play 1-4.
