Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3 Coming to NA and EU Regions

Like with the past two games, Idea Factory has confirmed that they will be localizing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3, which is the Vita remake/port of Neptunia Victory, the third in the JRPG series on the PS3. It'll come with new story content, the Japanese dub as free DLC and the ability to alter dungeon treasure and enemy strength through a new feature called "Plans". It will be arriving this Summer for the Vita.
