The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds has two Triforces

In The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Link will adventure across two worlds. In the world Link lives in, the franchise’s iconic Triforce exists. In the game’s logo, you’ll see a second, shadowy Triforce, suggesting another exists in “The Other World.”

A Link Between Worlds, a sequel to A Link to the Past, is set “far in the future,” according to Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata. This means that its main character is “not the same Link” from that of its predecessor.

The game is due out for 3DS this November.

Good to know they stick with the Link to the Past being the first Link in that time line and every other one being hos predecessor. It's crazy to know that they use that version of link for that timeline and it all makes sense now. I can't wait for this Zelda.

Is this Other World the same other World from LTTP?

So... does that mean we have to collect twice as many Triforce pieces? The people at Nintendo are sadists.

I actually really like the concept of another triforce, could it be a dark triforce kinda like how Demise had a dark master sword in Skyward Sword? they should bring back the now you're playing with power tagline for nintendo ads on TV but add a triforce along with it to add to the effect.

Give Nintendo some credit. Save the sadist accusation for the day when they add a Water Temple AND a Dark Water Temple...

AND an inverted Water Temple with timed puzzles...

AND a Tingle with wings who hovers around your face and never stops laughing...

AND the faeries you trap in bottles constantly shout "HEY! HEY! LET ME OUT!" (like Navi) until they are used to heal/resurrect...

AND THE FINAL FIGHT IS NOT WITH GANONDORF, BUT WITH DARK TINGLEDORF!!!

Whats with these water temple bashings? that temple really wasn't that hard, plus it was the only one that was really unique and not linear like most other dungeons in OoT lol.

A Water Temple once killed my mother. I guess I hold a bit of a grudge.
