Nope! Every time. Every damned time.
I know for damn sure I won't be buying the Xbox One/X1/Xbone. No amount of Killer Instinct or Halo 5 or whatever else will be enough to serenade me into purchasing it. I'm still somewhat skeptical of buying a Sony console again (haven't bought Sony since early 2000s) but I'm still concerned. They've obviously taken an active approach to distance themselves from the recent Microsoft PR fiasco while taking some great pro-consumer steps, as well. I just wonder how that will affect third-party developer decisions to make games for their console. Will the bigger developers favor the Xbox One because of their tight control with digital rights management? I don't know. But I'm taking a very patient and cautious wait-and-see approach to Sony.
Nintendo, on the other hand, sold me on the Wii U as soon as they brought the Blue Bomber on board for some smashing. Old School Mega Man is my one weakness! Damn you, Nintendo! I probably won't buy the console until next year, however.
Hero façade. Villain at heart.
I've read Sony has a new DRM tech that reads only one type of game disk and after that you can't play it on other Sony's, because of it's unique id code that allows it to be run only on one console. So basically, this is same thing as MS, except they use disks that are tied forever to only one console. Maybe this is old news though that has been disproved. What if Sony implements this as time goes on, like they pulled backward compatibility out of PS3's? I don't want to be a pessimist, but what if?

And developers choice isn't Sony's, meaning we might be getting the DRM thing as well.
Theres no way that could be true. Because what you are saying is that after the disc is inserted into the playstation, the ps4 writes that unique code to the disc so that its not playable on any other console. I dont think thats possible.
Well they say they've patented some new tech that somehow does that. Who knows?
Here's the article:
http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/games...ler-specs-news
Sony filed a patent late last year that could mean the PS4 won't play used or second hand games. The patent, US Patent Application 20130007892, describes "a game playing system including a use permission tag provided for use in a game disk for a user of a game, a disk drive, and a reproduction device for reproducing the game." Essentially, this means that a device similar to an RFID or or near-field communication (NFC) tag built into the game disc would tie it to a particular console or console user.
Its an interesting article, although it was written prior to the E3 sony press conference. This means the article was written before any official information was disclosed from sony about DMR. At E3 they put our minds to ease about DMR by telling us that it would not be an issue. I didnt see anything in the article about third party developers.
Well, as Mysterion said, that option is still open to 3rd party developers which scares the hell out of me.
OMFG Metal Gear Solid V looks awesome, you take an already awesome game like MGS and make it open world you don't even have to ask people to admire that game, I am so stoked about that. It will also be good to see what else they can do with the Fox engine.
Thief looks pretty neat to, looks similar gameplay and style to Ass Creed it will be interesting to see how it differentiates from it.
Excited about FFXV as well looks very appealing.
Anyway that's a start still sifting through the pile of videos from E3.
Project Sparks looks really good too.

The finer details of a signature:
Just saw that Metal Gear Solid 5 is going to be like an open world? I like how they made Metal Gear Solid 3 sound open world when in reality it wasn't. I'd like to say I doubt it will be open world but with the new systems and what's they can do I wouldn't be surprised now.

Nah, Sony won't change their politics towards trading and reselling. How would Sony look in the future if it lied? Trust is too high of a price to lose. Nah, don't think it'll happen.
Loaf~
Lol, awesome pic. Well done. What a spinoff.
Without any grudge or hate, I seriously I feel sorry for XBone right now. If they really wanna not fail and save face, they should just change their politics and follow in Sony's footsteps. Everyone would forget and their market would be saved. I don't think it deserves to go down like that and don't wish it to either.

The gameplay in Mario Kart 8 looks awesome and the visuals are amazing! Check this out. Skip to 1:10 in the video to see the actual gameplay footage. Honestly, this is the game I'm most looking forward to from the E3 list haha.

Okay they can totally do MGS5 open world. Like, just leave the same ol close ness of MGS we always know but just have it as a huge map like GTA all one load and what not just different things trigger what goes on.
NOT MUCH OF A SPOILER IF YOU CAN SEE IT IN THE ACTIVITY FEED
