Yesterday I saw a commercial about a new video game (for xBox): DJ Hero!

Basically, it's the same as Guitar Hero - you just don't have a guitar controller, but a turntable controller. o_o"

Okay, if anyone's seen this, too. (Or maybe even someone's bought the game yet? It was released a few days ago XD")

I certainly WOULDN'T EVER buy this game, mostly because I don't like the music I'd have to play. I don't like Guitar Hero either, btw. xD" But that's just because I suck at the game. XD

It's quite interesting that there now is a game for all the guys who like... DJing and stuff. I don't really get how this game works (read a bit about it on wikipedia), so I don't think it's a good idea. Though still a nice idea. xD"

The commercial is TERRIBLE. There is a LOT of really good music in the game, believe it or not. It's not all hard/heavy/nasty rap, or obnoxious club songs, or anything overly ghetto or anything of the sort. I actually find it to be quite entertaining. A friend of mine bought it and I happened to have a second turntable from when we ran the demo day at our store, so we were able to do some multiplayer.

The game is actually good, and a lot harder than Guitar Hero.

Yeah I doubt I will ever pick this title up. Now if it is given to me then I think I would take it. I already have Rockband 1 and 2 and I haven't even played in more then 3 months. I have no where to put all of the accessories except in the top of the closet in the spare room.

I really don't have the urge to want to play this. From what I have seen though the tracks seem to be decent enough. I think they are about to milk the musical game utter completely dry, it's already blowing powder!

I don't think it will be a bad game but it seems like it will be like the Wii, fun at first and then collects dust for many moons.

I entered a drawing for this game and lost which means I am never gonna get the game cause I certainly will not go out and pay for it...Getting it for free was my only hope of ever owning that game oh well no harm done at all..

Crap...now that I went and looked at the actual song set-list, I kind of want to get the game. They've got some good ones in there. But still, how many times can we see Lego come in and invade upon a franchise?

As far as the DJ Hero goes, there is about a 0.00000000000001% desire to play the game. Yep, that means there is still a chance. Something about pretending to be a DJ just doesn't do it for me. Like, going old skool and making a "mix tape" has more appeal. LOL

I think it is one of those games that I'd like to try while drunk at someone else's house or during a party. Other than that I don't have much desire to play it. I prefer Rock Band over any of the [whatever floats your boat] Hero games.

Well, I must be the only one who wants to try it. I'm going to get it for Christmas so I'll see what it's like then. It doesn't seem that bad to me, it looks kind of cool. If I don't like it then oh well, I'll get rid of it but I won't knock it until I try it.
