That floating tweet thing on the left hand side? Super, super annoying.

It wasn't so bad on a large laptop screen, but on a mobile browser it's getting in the way. I can't read the first character of 'it', 'screen' or 'getting', it was partially blocking the title when i was writing it, my password... etc.

Anyone else find it irritating? Is there a way to turn it off?

Also I'm really sorry if this comes across as bitchy. That's not my intention; a lot of work has gone into the transition and I'm grateful. It's just feedback

Don't really want to abandon Chrome :/ I have an ad blocker, but obviously not an awesome one. Is there sonething I can do in Chrome, Lac?

There should be a script blocking add on for chrome. Just google javascript blocking add on chrome in case this add on doesn't work as well, but as far as I can tell, NotScript a basic copy. The Top 8+ Security & Privacy Extensions For The Chrome Browser I don't use chrome myself, I just don't like it. It's also annoying on dial up since it constantly tries to install stuff, absolutely ANNIHILATING my tiny bit of bandwidth.

OK I disabled the Tweetboard. It's purpose isn't worth the annoyance.
