What are they? I've always noticed them since I joined (I think), but never really used them. By the looks of things, niether does anyone else... Is it a feature that works?

Basicly from the understanding that I got,
Social Groups are pretty much the exact same thing as clubs. They have been locked for use because of 2 different reasons.
1: Almost the exact same thing as clubs, no reason to have 2 of the same things
2: They would be extremely hard to moderate, specially the ones that are special permisioned.
I noticed them earlier today, and I think they where opened back up during the recent upgrade to VB. I doubt they will be open for long though.
