I've been away for a while, and I've noticed some new changes since I've been back. I've looked around, but can't seem to find any thread containing the answers I seek.
First, what happened to the rep system and why?

Second, the pornography rule has been expanded to include NSFW content in general. Is linking to a video that has some NSFW dialogue disallowed? Dialogue is hardly the same as an offensive or pornographic picture or video. Let's say that I post an html link to an off-site video review. Said review has occasional gratuitous swearing. (Of course I would supply the appropriate warnings about the link's content to alert users to its NSFW dialogue.) Would this be treated as though it were pornographic under the new rule?

Uh, We still have the rep system. It's just been changed. Why was it changed? Because the old one was overtly abused. (That, and because it was doing bad buggy things behind the scenes.)

Uh.. We've had this NSFW thing in for a while now. Even when you came back last time. As far as foul language goes.. I think that's fine. NSFW usually includes more graphic stuff than verbal stuff. But that's just me, though.

The rep system was removed due to having been abused. We've replaced it with the 'Thank You' system, which is the same thing, but without numbers and bars. This stops abuse of the system and means everybodies' happy.

I would think it would depend on how bad the content was. It's hard to distinguish the line between what is and isn't allowed, but I think that's under the discretion of the member. I would say that anything that displays (in a image or piece of writing), a detailed sexual act would, as usual, be disallowed and warned for.
