Date and time format

There seems to be a problem with the date and time formats you can choose in the general settings. The only date format that seems to work is the short US format. When I change it to for example the Expanded European format, it still gives me the US format.

Same goes for AM/PM rather than 24-hour format. I have it set for 24-hour format, but in the forums the time is still in AM/PM.

Bah, that was a mod in the old version of TFF. I've removed those fields since they do nothing now. I'll look to see if there is something similar for vB4 once the modification site is back up. It seems kinda stupid that it isn't a built-in feature. >_<
