I was able to find an link to Articles via vB's 3x3 index. It's one of the 9 icons. Members are locked out, but I'm assuming it's better to keep unusable features out of sight.

However, if the 9 icons is a vB default, it the page and little icon with 9 squares on it would have to be modified... or some other feature would need to take its place.
