Hi All,
I am playing FFII on my iPod and a bit confused by the ring (memento from Scot) that enables you to see the world map. The ring description says "tap and hold the status screen". Eh? I do that.. but it doesn't do anything.
What am I missing?

Found the solution from a wiki.. when you are outside, you just tap and hold the small blue status window (bottom right) until the map appears. If you tap it you go to the character screen where you can use items equipment, magic etc; if you tap and hold you see the map.
