Med/Rav/Sen is pretty balanced. So you can deal damage, tank, and heal without having to switch between the first two.

Okay, I am now in that part of the game where the party has just arrived on Pulse and I have to defeat the Eidolon Alexander. Do you have any advice for the battle?
