I was always going to buy this game. It had some of my favorite characters through all of Final Fantasy smashed together in battle and it seemed an answer to my digital dreams.
I was shocked that the game was so good. Seriously all they had to do really was give me Final Fantasy characters in a fighting game like that and I'm good. But taking the fighting genre and adding something new and exciting to play that personally I haven't seen before...bravo Square. I'm glad my purchase is going to be well worth it.
Oh and I was also shocked my fave of the 5 was....Onion Knight. I never would have guessed.
Me, too!
I'm still waiting for this game to come out here. Just sixteen more days. I generally dislike fighting games, but I love Final Fantasy games. But really, a fighting RPG is different from a regular fighting game, isn't it? I'm sure I'll love it. Just sixteen more days...
Curiosity Conquers, So Click:
I've heard similar reactions from other people. I'll admit that I wasn't to excited about the game at first, mainly because of the genre, it was handheld, and I felt like it was Square milking the series to it's last drop.
Some of these still hold true, to a lesser degree, but it looks like a very polished title and I suppose I wouldn't mind seeing classic FF characters rendered in 3D.
Terra and the Onion Knight are my favorites. Hisw voice is so cute. ^^ When I was first playing as him, I lost; it felt like I killed a child...that scream... XD
I like how they let you do the ultima combo on hard with Terra. I can't wait till the 25th! ^^
Good thing I pre-ordered it from Amazon. XD

My TFF Family! <3
Fate, my cuddly and lovable brother-in-law.
Armageddon, my awesome, evil, chaotic younger brother.
Ahem!
To all those who originally didn't think the Onion Knight was going to be powerfull or to those who are shocked, I have one thing to say.
The Onion Knight once said "Being small has its advantages." Anyway, Onion knight and Cecil are my favorite. I also like cranking it up to hard mode and using the black materia with sephy but thats really the only thing I like about him...
I am trying to hold out for the new PSP that's coming out. When it does, I'm buying that and Dissidia and I'm going to play the living shit out of it.
They said they're looking into a solution, so here's hoping. I don't have the money for a PSP right now anyway, unless I sell my Wii. Which might be an option considering there's like nothing coming out, and nothing out to play on it.
thats looked good
i didnt think they would make a game thats like that
to be bad hahaha
its something new for final fantasy
Its a madhouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A MADHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAA MADDDHOUSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Anyone pre-order?
I'm just waiting till they call me to go pick it up
I think i'm getting a cd or something
Sig and ave made by Violet, thanks again Violet!
I saw it in Game yesterday and I was torn between pre ordering it. I think I'm going to leave it to see some reviews of actual play when it's released. It sounds good but I'm still unsure if it's just a fight between various characters for fan boy squeals rather than real game play
Dissidia: Final Fantasy is a game make solely for fanboys/girls, if you're on this site you'll need this game. I know I do.
I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
I do find myself sorely tempted to pitch Squall against Septhiroth...
