A. Relevant forms? Hmm... For Ifrit, I think FFX ( makes him look like a Hell God of Fire), FFXI ( In FFXI he truly looks like a Hell God wraped in flames. very cool ), I forgot if there was a Ifrit in FFXII, he looks like he should in FFVIII as well.

For Shiva: FFX ( look at her. She looks like a Ice Goddess) FFXI ( here as well ), not sure about FFXII, She looks like she should in FFIX as well.

I can't tell if that's what you meant so correct me if wrong.

A. If you're referring enemy as by boss, then it would be Yiazmat from FFXII with 50,000,000 HP. Followed by Nemesis and Penance from FFX. By enemy, meaning non-boss (I'm sure he's not a boss but feel free to correct) is in FFX-2 with Angra Mainyu with over 300K worth of HP.

A. Well if we're talking on a playthrough without the additional ones, then 5: Valefor, Ifrit, Ixion, Shiva and Bahamut. With the extras, 8: them plus, Yojimbo, Anima and the Magus Sisters. However if you then count the sisters as three seperate Aeons then... 10 lol.
