A. Well excluding that one crazy boss from FFXI that I've heard about that took 16-18 hours to beat. (can't remember the name off the top of my head) Yiazmat from FFXII usually takes about 6 hours on average since he has 50 million HP.

I think MoonStone is referring to Sephiroths' HP increasing by three times if Cloud's level is 98 or 99.
I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say Ultimecia? Because of her numerous forms. If I'm wrong then feel free, and as I'm not too confident at all I'll leave a FQ in case.
If you were to consider FFX with Jecht and his two forms, all the Aeons you must fight, and Yu Yevon himself, that's up to 1279989 HP altogether if you maxed out the Aeons. I'm not sure if that's correct, either, so Free Question.

FF1:Astos, the elf king.
FF2:Red Soul, or Soul in the NES version
FF3:Medusa or Big Rat (depends if you count bahamut)

Okay, I'll give it a stab
FFI - had a remake for the PS1 (FF Orgins), the GBA, and not sure but the PSP?
FFII - had a remake for the PS1 (FF Orgins), the GBA, and also not sure but again the PSP?
FFIII - had a 3d remake for the Nintendo DS
FFIV - had a remake for the PS1 (FF Chronicles), the GBA, and a 3d remake for the Nintendo DS.
FFV - had a remake for the PS1 (FF Anthology), and the GBA
FFVI - had a remake for the PS1 (FF Anthology), and the GBA
FFVII - had a prequal - Crisis Core, and had Dirge of Cerberus, which was sort of a sequal, at least for Vincent. And, of course, the movie Advent Children was a sequal.
FFVIII - No sequals or remakes that I know of.
FFIX - No sequals or remakes that I know of.
FFX - FFX-2 was the sequal for FFX.
FFXI - Lets see... there is, Chains of Promothia, Wings of the Goddess, and I know there is another one but I can't remember it.
FFXII - Okay, FFXII had Revenant Wings for the Nintendo DS as it's sequal.

Edit: sorry I forgot about Tactics, Tactics: War of The Lions was remade from PS1 to PSP, and FFTA2 for Nintendo DS is a sequal to FFTA for GBA.
