Final Fantasy HD remake to ps3?

Does anyone know if there will be HD remake on any FF games to the Ps3? It would be very fun if they did!

As far as I'm aware of, none have been announced what so ever.

Although with all these HD remakes of PS2 games like Tomb Raider, Prince Of Persia etc coming out recently, I wouldn't be surprised if we get the PS2 entries of the FF series on PS3 at some point. I'd love to play FFX and XII in HD. Although if they released those, I'd have no more use for my PS2, and would have to pack it away.

I doubt there will be any remake release anytime soon. The earliest i can picture it coming out would be for Final Fantasy VII's 20th anniversary (which will be in 2017).

Can't really see that happening, but it would be cool to play the PSera games in HD. And, as RavenZecht said, an FF VII 20th anniversary would seem like the most likely time for a HD remake.

FFXII is the only one worth remaking in HD for a PS3.

That game should have been made for the PS3 in the first place.

I don't really see them doing it. They clearly have the tools to do it and there are probably enough people that would buy the game, it's just to the point where I think the people are Square Enix believe and this is my personal belief

The second you touch a classic, you either ruin it or make it better, if they ever re-did ff7 I don't know what way it'll go, but I don't think a ps3 remake will happen anytime soon.
