    Re: Dissidia's most annoying/difficult enemy

Most annoying opponent would be that damn Onion Knight. The little twerp is too damn small and fast. Also, his voice and quotes annoy me. Most of the ones I hear I just think "Okay. You're small. I get it already. You don't have to dwell on that fact!"

    Some of the dumber ones:

    "Being small has it's advantages."

"I'll show you that size doesn't matter!"

"Do you want to talk about your issues?" *facepalm*

"I think you think too much." He says this to Cloud when he really should say it to Squall.

"That's a really neat weapon." This is what he says to Squall.

"Could you speed up my time a bit?" Get it? So he could GROW UP FASTER!!! HA! HA!

Another one that is just a hard opponent for me would be Jecht. I had the most difficult time facing off against that guy, and he's one of the reasons I had to work with Tidus so much, just so I could stand a chance against him. Unlike the Onion Knight though, I really liked Jecht, so he doesn't bother me.

    Re: Dissidia's most annoying/difficult enemy

I gotta admit ok annoys me but I have an easy time with him cuz I've had so much practice with enemies that will over break me in one hit so I'm really really good at dodging, kefka is a little annoying but if you learn to block well he pretty much kills himself

    Re: Dissidia's most annoying/difficult enemy

For me it would be Terra and The Emperor, I like Terra as a character but I hate fighting against her. Both her and The Emperor are good at magic and they use it very often making it hard to come close so I could use my bravery attacks. I also had a lot of problems dealing with Jecht while I was playing Tidus story, but then again I'm not really good with Tidus.

If Chaos doesn't count () then I would say Terra. Sometimes she is so damn hard to hit, and Tornado is a pain. The other annoying thing is that I'm crap with her too.

Haha, thank God I didn't have trouble with Onion Knight because I used him.

The most annoying enemy to fight, excluding Chaos, was by far Cloud of Darkness. Once she gets you into her whirling tentacles thing, she can pretty much shatter your Bravery without you being ale to escape. I hated her soooo much. (But using her was really effective. =D)

Ultimecia pisses me off because I can't get near her when she spams arrows and axes ALL OVER THE DAMN STAGE and when you do get close she just starts spamming Apocalypse. But, I learned that most HP attacks can cut through it. Ipso facto, Ultimecia is as annoying as Selphie.

    Re: Dissidia's most annoying/difficult enemy

The only real threat to me is a master Exdeath player. Just because I play based on openings players leave me, and a good Exdeath doesn't play offensively at all. So someone gets stuck making the first move and getting countered to death; and it's usually not going to be Exdeath. He's even worse if I'm playing my Near-death setup. Because then even one screwup can cost me the match. For pretty much anybody else, there are very simple ways for me to demolish them

WoL: Easy enough, his attacs leave nice openings if they miss. Counter anything he tries and fails to do with a little Sudden Cruelty DC spam, break, and kill.

Garland: His speed is his downfall. The only HP move he has that doesn't just SCREAM counterattack time, is Cyclone, which is very easy to escape anyways. Most of his Brv moves also leave me a gap, so its just a matter of waiting for him to mess up and taking advantage of it.

Firion: Forcing him to fight in the air is he best way to ruin a good Firion. Most of his moves are very easy to block or dodge. When he uses weaponmaster, I just Hell's gate right over his attack and smash him.

Emperor: He's probably the easiest character ever. Seriously, the only attack he has that you can't attack straight through is the lightning trap thing he does on the ground. You can actually reflect his flares with Hell's Gate. I usually just wait for a flare, hell's gate it, he'll hit himself with his own Flare, his brv will go to 0, my Hell's Gate will impact, break, and then hit him with MY hp damage.

Onion Knight: He's only as hard as you make him. I just wait from him to charge at me, and use Heaven's Light. He'll usually attack straight over me, then get a 9 foot katana up the ass. As long as you're not too eager to rush him, he's not much threat.

CoD: She can be a pain, but she's got some major flaws. when she's spamming the damn tentacle flailing thing, just stay away from her. When she uses a Fusilade, rush her and attack. When she uses O-form, position yourself to land an HP attack as soon as it finishes. Personally I like dropping Meteors on her when she does that. She has very few moves, use that to your advantage.

Cecil: His atacks all have very limited effective range. I usually counter Saint's Fall with Heaven's Light, Paladin Force with Hell's Gate, Darkness with Octaslash, and Dark Flame with Hell's Gate. He can rack up some nice brv damage, but that means nothing if he can't land an HP attack.

Golbez: most people get too block happy with him, and it can cost you the game. Don't block him, dodge. His attacks continue even if you block the physical half. If you dodge, they also continue, leaving him open to punishment. He'll's Gate makes quick work of any of his non-chained HP moves, dodging prevents him from chaining Cosmic Rays.

Bartz: Works alot like Onion Knight. Just wait from him to charge, get out of the way, and retaliate.

Exdeath: Hope you land some hits that he doesn't block ond counter... in the hands of a CPU, Exdeath is pathetic. In the hands of a good player, he's devestating.

Terra: Just don't let her put any distance between you. Hell's Gate is effective for dodging her spells, and retaliating. I like reflecting her Holy with sudden cruelty.

Kefka: For he love of god, and all things holy, KEEP HIM OUT OF EX. As long as he's not in EX, of of his attacs are fairly predictable, moderately slow, and all leave him defenseles temporarily. IF he hits EX, do not attempt to fight him, just run around like an idiot until it wears off. If you see Forsaken Null, just go hit him, trust me, defending against that by blocking or dodging is a crapshoot at best, a deathwish on average.

Cloud: All of his moves leave wonderful openings for punishment, dodge more often than blocking, Cloud likes to break guards. Braver and Cross slash both leave major openings for retaliation.

Sephiroth: Depending on the player, he'll either be absolutely worthless, or a WMD. If you try to play him agressively, you'll usually fail hard against high CPUs or good players. If you play him defensively, and wait for openings to punish, you'll end most matches unscathed. If you're playing a good Sephiroth, just don't play agressively. Make him come to you. If he starts charging Black meteria, hit him with long range attacks, if you rush too close to him, he'll usually just drop the meteor and nail you. Alot of Seph players like to spam Octaslash way too much. Between the last two hits, you hit him out of the attack. If you're not confident that you an do this, just get the hell away from him.

Squall: His brv moves are a nuissance. Many of them are difficult to evade, but if you can avoid any of his attacks, they all leave huge openings for punishment.

Ultimecia: As annoying as she seems, you can charge straight through almost all of her brv attacks, and all of her hp attacks are slow and easy to counter. Only threat is letting her hit EX and pull off Time Crush. That's really annoying to deal with.

Zidane: Try to stay at a distance. H has a wide variety of moves for any range, but his long range moves are much easier to avoid and punish.

Kuja: His brv attacks are annoying as hell, but his HP moves are all relatively easy to get away from, just don't be too eager to rush him, or he'll start spamming Flare Star. Heaven's Light is perfect for punishing his missed HP attacks.

Tidus: Don't play agressive. He loves dodging and countering. Wait for him to make a move, avoid it, and punish. Energy Rain is easily punished with Heaven's Light, most of his other moves can be countered with Hell's Gate.

Jecht: He's only really a problem in the hands of a good player. They nerfed Jecht Block in the NA version though, if you have the Jp version, he's still a collossal pain in the ass. Best thing to do is to play defensively, make him take the offensive role, and punish him for any mistakes he makes.

Shantotto: Lol Shantotto. Just keep her brv low, and she's not an issue. If she manages to hit you with bind, use Hell's Gate and hold the button, you'll keep the sword down all throughout the bind, and any attack she attempts to use gets blocked by the HG. When she misses with an HP move, she'll just stay in one place for a large ammount of time, have fun with that.

Gabranth: One of the few character I recommend playing all out offensive on. Just don't give him any time to charge his EX, if you must, get hit with a few brv attacks, they won't deal much damage. Just keep the pressure on him, he's ****ed.

Chaos: Even Chaos is as nothing to me. Sephirotrh has a wonderful cheap trick called SC Dodge canceling. Meaning when you land the first half of his Sudden cruelty, dodge, and use it again. Most opponents can escape this after about 3 repetitions. Chaos however is a fatass, and will never escape. Seriously, all you have to do is land one SC, and you can just dodge cancel it until you have 9999 brv, then start spamming Octaslash, Chaos sucks ass at dodging and blocking. I seriously usually won't even take a hit until form 3 unles he starts spamming that long range fire thing at the start of the match, that catches me off guard occasionally.
