I just thought I'd make up a thread for this.. I tend to write little paragraphs here and there that aren't really poetry at all and don't particularly tell a full story..I thought I'd make a thread. Most of these are about pretty everyday things, and they can be sexual, sad, happy, angry or otherwise. So here you go. I hope you enjoy them. Comments are welcome.

Starting to wash the conditioner out of her hair, she realises that she will have to leave the shower soon. She runs her fingers through her long, dark mane, making sure to seperate each tangled strand. Her fingers wander apon a large knot and she pulls it apart strand by strand, trying to ensure the least hair breakage she could. It was already so brittle from all the time she had spent swimming at the beach in summer.
She loves the hot water.. So hot that it almost stings her skin. But she knows she has to leave this comfort. She lets her body soak up the last bits of warmth.. It feels so good, knowing that everybody outside here is rugged up in layers of clothing and stll cold yet she is standing here completely naked and not feeling the cold at all.. Her own little space.
But she has to turn the water off.. She has to. Struggling with the urge to let it be and stay in here for another hour or so, she forces her right hand over the hot water tap, and turns it off slowly.. Then quickly moves her hand and turns off the cold water also, before the shower can realise that the hot water tap was off and freeze her.
Watching the steam dissipate around her and feeling the cold air starting to close in, she knew there was worse to come... She thought to herself how this was not unlike ripping off a bandaid, needing to be done as fast as possible as to not prolong the pain.
She pressed her hand against the rim of the shower door and opened it, just an inch.. And the ice cold air flooded in. She could feel the cold crawl over her skin, and goosebumbs appeared all over her body. She let go of the door, rubbing her breasts and arms, trying to warm herself up again. The cold air suffocated her, took her breath away.
As she had let go of the door, it swung open, revealing full scope of the icy bathroom. Eyes scanning it frantically and desperately, she ran towards the nearest towell, stepping on her previously dropped clothes so her feet didn't go totally numb with cold. Sinking on to the floor and wrapping the towell around her, she thought "God I hate getting out of the shower."
