I have this idea burning a hole in my head.

I want to get a group of writers from this community together to break the ice, start writing again.

A light hearted Action/Comedy Adventure set in a Fantasy world with a casual sort of play style would be perfect for that. Nothing serious nothing hardcore or messy, just old fashion fun, humor, and good times.

This idea came to me via a video game character.

I've had this Skyrim character for some time now. He is a Bard/warrior (more Bard than warrior). A drunken, charismatic playboy who relies on his quick tongue, charm, and fortitude of his followers to survive the perils of Tamriel.

Testocles is his name (a play on the Greek General Themistocles), and no ES character of mine has been as fun, comedic and rewarding to play as. This is a man who has 100 speech and sneak, with 30 one-handed and two-handed.*He carries himself with the bravado of a hallowed champion and veteran warlord. His most notable conquests are of the female form, and his most epic battles were against sexually transmitted diseases.

He's a coward, a drunk, hound, and snake. But he's charming, lovable, and always seems to redeem himself. He's incredibly smart and resourceful, although downright refuses to fight or engage in conflict of any kind.


I want to adapt Testocles to an RP. make him less cowardly, actually a warrior, but a fool of a man, vulnerable and failable at his core. The lovable, comedic hero.


If I can get ANYONE interested in an RP like this, we can step the **** up and start making some progress toward saving the RP scene here, before it doesn't exist at all.



I'm looking to working on the plot with those involved. It's a casual project, so the focus is having fun and getting some writing done.
