Well, I can't go any further without Xeim or someone in my character's group posting something. Weiss' intro is at a stand still until Xeim comes back with info on her other Arrancars. Mugen can't continue without whoever is in the group (I forget who). I could just post and say that Mugen and Rei split off from the group but I don't want to do that if someone else has something in mind.
I'm in your group. Just me.
I'm just going to skip ahead to killing hollows and stuff. So really, just do whatever you want.
Also, I doubt Xeim is going to be coming back any time soon. Life and all of that stuff, you know. TFF is way down on her priority list.
Just post Evangel. If Shadow's not posting after this amount of time you've waited long enough. Just move on and keep pace with Sinister and I. You can do what I'm doing with Haruka and the others in Kagashi's group. They're along for the ride, but I'll be controlling their actions until someone steps into control them. At this point anyone not posting has pretty much giving up their rights on their characters since they are doing nothing but holding up the RP. They are more than free to return and take control of them, but until that time we'll just move them around with us. You can't go killing them or doing anything huge with them, but being polite and waiting is over at this point. Just act.
Yeah, I agree. I didn't want to hold up the RP. I was kind of hoping that you'd just keep posting. It's been a while since I last posted, so it makes sense to just keep going.
Sorry for the delay on the post, I sort of got distracted lately. Anyway, it is up now and leaves you with something to do Sinister. I'm figuring that we'll be starting to ramp up the difficulty of the hollows soon. So they will become more difficult to deal with forcing us to go all out. And at that point I'm guessing that the arrancars will be making their appearance. We still have heard anything from Xeim so I'm figuring that you will be controlling the arrancar Evangel. I'll provide the setup and then hand things over to you.
I'm thinking another round of stronger hollows but nothing that isn't too bad. Then we will face the really tough ones. We can spend a couple posts on fighting them if we want. And I'll give you the opening needed Evangel to bring your arrancar once everyone has defeated their respective enemies.
Also, Evangel you would have been better off keeping Shadow's characters with you. We are doing the same with Xeim and Azuteur's characters. While we aren't waiting on them to post, seeing us posting and that they're being left out can provide some pressure on them to post. The case with them though is neither are active so its not really going to change anything since we don't even know if they're reading the posts. However, Shadow's still around and posting so you know at the very least he knows you're posting. So if you had kept his characters around he would have had felt some urgency to post even if it hasn't appeared yet. But completely removing him from the posting cuts away all of the urgency. So now he knows that's being completely isolated and left behind in the story leaving him with no reason to keep up with us because he's no longer tied down. Sure he's not posting, but you want to keep posting to apply pressure on him since he is actually around here. So you might want to rethink things. Plus the idea was that we were going to be posting and working together isolating yourself from everyone that is with you sort defeats the purpose. We aren't in the academy arc anymore. I broke into groups because having so many character jammed together didn't make a lot of sense from a story point of view. But half of the characters are going to be removed in the next arc we do anything since it is pretty clear who is active and who isn't. So you'll want to keep working with everyone.
Yeah. Most of my characters will be removed. I'll most likely only be keeping Shino, Fukumi, Raven, and Nagi.
Or I might make Raven and Nagi into NPCs that anyone can control. Same with Tamashi and Mai.
Too many characters really boggles me down. Shino and Fukumi are who I really want to concentrate on.
Hey guys, just letting everyone know that I'm still interested in the Bleach RP. I just haven't found the time to write up a post. Hopefully, I can get something in before Thanksgiving Break begins.

Also Evangel, why are you jumping so far ahead? I got after Shadow about putting a gillain in his post and now an arrancar? We need to be stepping things up a little slowly. Even if it is not a powerful arrancar, they still rank equals to the Menos and Gillains, which are out of our power. We're supposed to be just fighting regular hollows for the moment. The time for the arrancar to show up hasn't arrived yet.
Also how can Rei sense shinigami that are not really fighting at full battle strength that are Rank Seat 5 and lesser that are about 5 miles away from your location. That seems a little unrealistic, plus its only been a year since we joined the Seireitei. It's highly unlikely that she got that close to a bunch of people from other squads in that sort of time. Her own squad sure, but everyone seems a bit of a stretch.
Well things are coming to a head soon between Sinister and me in our group. Since no one else has been posting regularly we'll be moving on to the arrancar in a couple posts. Sinister and I have been discussing things between us so I think a couple posts or so between us and we'll be ready for the arrancar point. After that things will end up wrapping up very quickly since we are no match for arrancar even a minor one. As previously discussed will be rescued by some Captain(s) and/or Vice-Captain(s). So depending on how many people besides Sinister and myself participate this mission arc will be over in something like ten posts probably, possibly fewer.
That said, it was agreed upon that after the mission arc that will be a character arc. That means we'll be focusing on a story that revolves around someone's character. You'll get to be the main character of the arc and things happening will pretty much be driven by your character and yourself. Hopefully, you all have some unexplored parts of your background that will help to provide the plot and substance for the character arc. If not we can figure out somethings now since we have the time. This is why I'm bringing it up now.
Based on the recently posted members/characters here is the list of characters we have to pick from for a character arc.
Steph
Kagashi
Haku
Mahonna
Shino
Mai
Tamashi
Shadow's fourth character
Mugen
I'm ruling Steph out since most of my plans require more development before being acted on. I can do Kagashi, but I would prefer not to be the first one to go since I would feel that it would be unfair for me to be the first. Kagashi will be a back up though if everyone is uneasy or something.
So someone step up and if you can provide a quick idea of what you'd like to do or explore for the character arc. That way we can flesh it out.
I would say it would be too early for this, but I can imagine one of the possible plot points or whatever we can do for our characters is gaining bankai. They are pretty important moment for everyone, though typically a lot of time has to pass before attaining them. But its something to fall back on if there are no other ideas. ^^
If I do Shino, seeing as I have so many characters that revolve around her anyway, I'd pretty much only need myself to interact with. Four characters intertwine with each other. The others would just be support or extras to allow my characters to speak/continue the plot.

Bleach revolves around Ichigo the majority of the time but there still exists a significantly large cast that follows him around. While he fights the main bad guy of the arc, others have their own people to fight. So just because you have three other characters doesn't mean that you can't have more. Plus if you wish you can easily leave some out. It is not every time that everyone goes out. Some get left out, happens in Naruto all the time, its become a running gag with Shino. I could have only Steph go along or just Kagashi. I would not need to bring everyone. So we can narrow things down for a handful of characters if we want. There are plenty of options available. I want to avoid falling into the same trap of everyone being able to interact with themselves because we all have so many characters attached to us. It is one of the problems that we had during the Academy arc and you know pretty well that I've been trying to avoid people being alone.
However, saying if or when or something like that isn't making a decision. I haven't heard from Sinister or Evangel true, but you should be a little more definitive. Say what you got and say if you do want to go. If you do someone else can still step up and say they want to go as well. And then we can decide otherwise we already have something moving. It'll be as much first come first serve as it is democratic.
Well, I know that people can switch out, but I have to really plan the arc out.
I doubt I would have any real "bad guys" to fight. Majority of it would just be drama.
Well it doesn't have to be someone you know or something. And beside all of the people Ichigo fights he only does because they done something to wrong him in a way or just in general being a bad guy. So they don't necessarily have an intimate connection with you or you can do what they do for the movies just make up someone previously unknown that apparently had an connection with you that you would just prefer to forget, so you've never had to conveniently talk about it or deal with it until now.
In the end you can simply design something to happen to your character in such a way that it provokes them into action and thus they become the dominant character. It can be as simple as coming out an attacking you, though that is a little simplistic. Maybe they kidnap Mai. ^^; You know how much of a favorite plot device that is for Bleach. Or they could leave Mai in a fatal condition or something. Or we can just have something bad happening and you're the one involved. The character arc does not necessarily have to be something that expands on your character's history if you don't want. You can have it make them stronger by learning something new in themselves. If you're planning to become a Vizard or something like that you'll need a triggering moment you can have that occur as a series of events in the arc.
If you're completely stumped just come to me. ^^ I'm more than willing to help anyone come up with some ideas and ways to execute things so that you have something to work with.
A character arc doesn't have to be so strict to be all about character background, in fact for a lot of us we already have our backgrounds explored. But I know a couple people have revenge deals or looking for a specific hollow things like that could be solved. The rest I would imagine just end up being cases were you're put in charge of a mission and you grow as a character from it. Whatever the case might be. We have lots of options.
Alright, Sinister and I have finished up our bouts with the hollows and so I've advanced things to the arrancar section of the story. Here we are all gathered together in one location as told in the post. We are in Shibuya inside a barrier field. Beyond that you can have whatever fun you want with the situation. We'll play things out however much people want to and then the Captains will show up to save the day. We can take another stab at an arrancar if you want, but they do certainly out class everyone present. I figure these guys are like low level captain strength guys, not Espada strength or anything, just your average arrancar that either a well trained Vice-Captain can defeat or a modest Captain that's like half heartedly trying. Just remember there is a significant power jump between 3rd seat and Vice-Captain/Captain strength. Which is why Chad got totally wiped by a Captain.
Anyway, Evangel if you want to do anything with your arrancar or the others at this time now would be it. Sinister and I will still be posting regularly so please speak up if you want to do something. Oh and Shadow this means we're at the point now and you can post now.
All right cool, I'll post when I figure out what to do in the situation.
I am very interested in a character arc. Haku has an interesting character arc I'm eager to try out. Plus, weren't we supposed to be removed and hauled to Las Noches? I didn't remember so I'm asking now.

I changed the location to something that made a little more sense to the story. Given the history that Head Captain Yamamoto has about just simply turning back on people I found it against his character to approve the mission to send several captain or vice-captain into Hueco Mundo only to rescue a handful of seat officers who are pretty much a dime a dozen shinigami. We are heroes, but in their eyes we are just a little better than the average shinigami right now. Eventually, we'll hold more weight in the Seireitei, but we are all only a year out of the academy. Losing us weighed against losing a couple captains.
Place in Shibuya things are not so far away as Hueco Mundo and it put things in the actually living world. And it is more or less the job of the Seireitei to protect the living world from the hollows and damage that could be incurred by their presence. So it made a little more sense this way. Since it would be in their best interest to take out or drive back the arrancar out of the living world and since we're still it'll make it a convenient rescue.
So I weighed things against what seemed more logical from the characters in the Seireitei's perspective and altered things to fit it to the most reasonable situation. Besides Hueco Mundo or the Living World, we're still trapped as the original story outlined, the location just got changed. This stuff is fluid anyway.

Hey Evangel, your post makes it sound like we are in Hueco Mundo. We are actually in Shibuya trapped in the barrier. I just wanted to let you know about that so there were not any confusions.
And since you posted Evangel and interact with Haku I should tell you this, I was going to be handling it in my post. But I need to get this out now to avoid any confusion. As Sinister explained to me last night, Haku did not actually kill the Arrancar. Whatever happened with his Zanpakuto's release ended up being mind altering enough that the Arrancar killed herself to be released from the horror. And Haku then just went to town on her corpse.
so what happens now? captains right? Ive been meaning to do a scene with mahonna and fukumi but I dont want to edit or do it here
Well I finished talking with Evangel. So I'll be making the final post for the arc. If there's anything you want to do I'd suggest getting it done before tomorrow night. I should be finished writing the remainder of the post by then.
Also since the next arc is for your character Sinister. It'll be your show. You will need to do the intro post unless you don't want to do it. If so let me know.
Also just a notice I'm going to advancing the time again about 5-10 years. I figured since we are not having arcs that are linked to each other it would seem a little strange to have one major event after another in the same year. Plus this will give us some natural time to increase in strength. I would say for this advance no more than the 4th seat would be fine. Unless you're planning on making this character arc your bankai arc as well, in which third seat would be fine.
Alright, I finished up the post and put it up. If you want to do some ending pieces with how your character was to wrap things up go on ahead. Sinister I would not wait though, just post the intro when you're ready. If you don't make it by the time Sinister posts you can just add it into your post for the new character arc.
Also since I jumped things ten years and mentioned the whole moving in rank. I'll need you to list off the rank changes so that I can update the main page of the thread. It'll also provide us with an idea of where everyone is all.

Well, since it's a 10 year jump, that means a few of my characters need their bankai. xD
That will wait for their character arcs, though.
Well then means that you'll have motivation to do character arcs then. But yeah Bankai will be things that you can play with in your character arc. So start thinking about how you want to do your character arc. Oh Shadow I need your new rankings.

Shino: Highest she can go.
Fukumi: Highest she can go.
Mai: Highest she can go.
Tamashi: 5th? I don't remember what he is right now. One higher than what he is right now.
And that is all.
Shino is currently 6th seat and the only other person on squad two is one of your other characters at 3rd. So you wouldn't be able to advance any further than 4th seat any. But just means after this your seating won't mean anything unless you want to later switch out with the other character.
Fukumi is 5th seat and the other characters in the squad aren't active. So going to 4th seat is not a problem.
Mai and Tamashi though are in the same squad and both of them can't be 4th seat. Mai is 6th seat and Tamashi is 5th seat. So you'll need to pick who goes where.
Also Evangel's Mugen and Rei are in that squad as well, but they are both unseated so I don't know if he is going to change that or not.
I guess for mine.
Steph goes from 7th seat to 20th seat.
Kagashi goes from 6th seat to 4th seat.
Hana goes from 11th seat to 6th seat.
I'm finishing the polishing touches on the next character arc. (AKA Scars Flown Proud)
In which a virus is released that basically replaces the afflicted character's mind and zanpakuto spirit with the arc's main villain. The virus is based on physical contact and snowballs until we're talking a major army of Shinigami infected. The only thing you should be concerned with in your first post is readjusting your character to the time change and to whatever updates you want your char to have.
After my first post I'll start feeding in the plot and we'll work from there. I'll make the initial post...tomorrow.

I still need new rankings from you Sinister and Evangel. If you don't want the rankings to change that is fine. Just me know so I know what to edit on the main page. For now it is just the four of us playing so we don't have to worry about the others. If they decide to re-join us, more's the merrier.
