Who has obtained the exclusive summons in this game? I came across the imp one once (a let-down), but none of the others. I am also aware of another exclusive summon for the DS version, but haven't gotten that either.

Not me. A: they're all extremely weak. B: people only really get them for a 100% game, which provides no purpose really except some sense of self-gratification.
I just get the basic summons that come with Rydia, and I obtained Bahamut/Lethiathan and Asura too. But no more.

replaying the old Snes cartridge, and it took me 2 hours(roughly) to get all the summons. worst is when you want a random battle and nothing happens after 50 steps.... WHAT? its alomost like i killed every monster in the baron valley.
Those summons are really hard to come by (Whyt notwithstanding) when it comes to obtaining all of them in the game.

So stupidly hard to master FFIV on the DS, with all the random encounter item collecting which is crap to spend so much time on.
I think i got all the extra summons on the SNES/GBA version but only the Goblin i think for DS.
I've spend over 10 hours just to get onion equipment and summons and i only acquired Goblin and 1 onion equipment :/
Don't forget about rainbow pudding.it took me so flippin long to get everything it literally took me over a month too get it in the antlion cave
