Ehh you double posted and your second post was really pointless and spam. Don't do it again. I'll keep this thread open, but I'll delete your pointless post and uhh yeah.

Out of them? Epica. Simone Simons has a voice unrivaled among those.

Christina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil). Nightwish and After Forever are okay, but Evanescense shouldn't be on this list.

All of those bands are horrible, with the exception of Sinergy, who is just average.

Thorr's Hammer and Gallhammer just destroy ANY of those bands.

I think I'm going for Evanescence, she is really good at singing and her songs have a lot of meaning to me. I like her style too and her music videos help with her songs. I somtimes sing along with her lyrics. She is cool

Hell, The 3rd And The Mortal is also better than all of those bands. Simply fantastic doom.

Good, that's wonderful, we understood your first post.

Lâme Immortelle for me. Granted, I haven't heard a large ammount of their songs, but I haven't heard a large ammount of songs from any of the others either, so they still win. Amazing vocalist that Sonja. I do wish that they had more songs in English though. x_x

Until now!

You forgot Arch Enemy and Otep! Oh well... not that I want to here them sing, I just want to do naughty stuff with them .

At first I thought Nightwish was listenable but after a while I found it to be annoying.

Cristina (Lacuna Coil) is probably the best in that list, she can actually sing plus she is probably the most attractive of them all (Plus Evanescence pretty much ripped them off though I don't know which came first).

Big Brother and the Holding Company with Janis Joplin or Jefferson Airplane with Grace Slick.

Janis has soul and Grace is just freakin' trippy.

I love Evanesence to answer your question. All of us has felt like one of her songs at least once.

Eh... Out of those choices, I'll choose Christina Scabbia.

(Lacuna Coil, foo').

Her voice is sort of... mesmorizing.

Tarja (?) (Night Wish) whatever-her-name is and Amy Lee (Evanescence) are also really good, too. Although my choice is still Christina Scabbia.

The person in my avatar is me.

Forever Slave

I know the lead vocalist in real life. I've played next to her on stage before, so blah, I chose her band over anybody else's. Support a friend deal.

Evanescence.

I love Amy Lees' voice. It's great to sing along with, and really melodic too. Plus she's the prettiest out of them to me, too.

And Evanescence are one of my favourite bands too. Gotta love 'em.

Theres hardly any female-fronted bands I like, and out of that list i've only heard of Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, and Nightwish. Out of the 3, it will probably be Lacuna Coil I like the most, as i've heard a couple of quite good tunes from them and her voice is beautiful. The other two are good too, although I haven't heard more than 3 or 4 songs from each of the bands to have a good clear view about them.

There should be an option of "other" though since my favorite female-fronted band is Yeah Yeah Yeahs (Karen O has the personality and the voice of a great alternative rock band frontwoman), and by the sounds of it a lot of other peoples favorites aren't mentioned.

I can't choose from the list. Instead, I'll tell you bands I think you should check out.

Save Ferris- Monique Powell. Great voice. Not the best ska band I've heard, but they're fun. That's always refreshing.

Melt-Banana- Japanese noise rock band. They've been called "The Japanese Fantomas", which is pretty impressive. Onuki Yasuko (or Yasuko O.) is the frontwoman. Her vocals are kind of bizarre sounding, as some of the time, she sounds like she's just screaming "AAH AAH AAH AAH!!!!". It's good in the context of the music, though.

Sleepytime Gorilla Museum/Tin Hat Trio/2 Foot Yard- Carla Kihlstedt. The truth is, she's not the frontwoman of Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, but she's the female vocalist. She's a brilliant violinist, a great singer. Her stuff with Tin Hat Trio and 2 foot yard is like progressive jazz. Very good, sometimes trippy stuff. Also, she does a great musical/theater type show, called "Necessary Monsters". I saw it down in Chicago. Great stuff.

Gabby La La- She's toured with Les Claypool a couple times, last year she was with the Fancy Band. Her solo stuff's not bad, either. She's a decent ukalele player, and a very talented sitarist.

Zolof the Rock & Roll Destroyer- Rachel Minton. I'm not that familiar with the band, but from what I've heard, their not bad.
Let's go into the "archives" in "Washington D.C." and find out how people "masturbated" in the "roaring 20's."

I have no idea who half of the people on the list. I've tried getting into Nightwish's stuff a while back. I didn't like it at all. Even with and without Tarja in it. But I do like Tarja. I think she's better off going the solo route.

haha Froggie showed me Epica a month or so ago. I like a few of their songs like "Sensorium", "Cry For The Moon", "Feint", and "Mother Of Light". I can't say I dislike them. Their stuff is pretty good.

And I love Evanescence. It's a shame to see the band crumble but then again, I'm sure Amy will think of something. I wouldn't mind if she went solo though.

But and everyone knows this....LACUNA COIL GETS MY VOTE!!!!!! Reason why is cuz Cristina's in it. She's talented. She's hot. She's amazing and she's in-my-dream-wife!!
