Thanks for the refresher, mate. Have to remake the strategies I used to maximize Magic Crystal acquisition. I need all the XP I can if I want to do a perfect Hard game. Leveling from level 1 can be a hassle, and getting the specific requirements for the requested Einherjar makes it worse. Can't wait to get Janus (he's way too awesome)
Magic Crystals the enemy needs to launched yeah. As long as they are in the air, each hit should yield a crystal. For Purple Gems, the enemy must be floored/on the ground. Hit them and they'll drop gems.
Just a small favor... You remember how to maximize the Magic Crystals and the Purple Gems in VP: Lenneth? I do recall having to launch the enemy up to trigger the crystals. Got a PSP And I already have Lenneth. Plus I confirmed Silmeria works fine.
