Hollywood started talking this year about making Amercian versions like a lot of movies are remade from foreign films. The original actress is Noomi Rapace, but Hollywood found Rooney Mara, an indie star, to play Lisbeth. Search dogpile.com for the articles or just rent the movies. I'd start a thread in TV & Movies, but it's 17+ish.
