Hey there. Laguna is actually Squalls dad. There are some statements made by kiros and ward on the ragnarok that confirm this, as well as a very detailed back story which can be discovered by talking to many people , especially in that town where laguna and raine lived. Kiros says something like "Glad you dont look much like your father", which is a pretty strong indication refferring to squall as Lagunas son.
