The peach-colored secret sauce and thousand island are pretty similar. They're basically both a mixture of ketchup and mayo and some other ingredients, depending on where you get it. In N' Out animal-style sauce, McDonald's Big Mac sauce, Del Taco Del Burger sauce, etc. are basically all variations of it. Thousand usually has pickles in it. So good.
So thousand is like...secret sauce? o_o
I don't really like ranch myself. It tastes a little strong for me. But there are so many variations of the two it's sort of hard to tell if we've ever tasted the same thing. For thousand, any two restaurants are never the same and bottled stuff from a supermarket is pretty disgusting in general. Thousand tastes great on hamburgers and with fries... though it's usually called burger sauce or fry sauce, lol.
What's the appeal of thousand? I don't like it. I use ranch. =\ Non-fat ranch exists.
lol, no matter how you make the salad you can't escape what it's made of. AND THOUSAND ISLAND IS SO HEAVENLY! ;_; Low-fat calorie dressing tastes baaaddd because of the vinegar, and no-fat thousand doesn't exist. That is the limitation of my Salad Technique. I want to try to make my own... Or find another awesome salad dressing.

Problem with dressing is that it's like eating mayo out of a jar... but on your salad. A packet that's paired with a small salad is worth about two slices of bread, lol. Pretty crazy. Resistance band, huh... HMMMM.
Uh, you don't need dumbbells. Just get a 20$ resisting band. Just as good as a weight. And who says you can't have dressing on salad? That's just silly. XD Edit: I'm on the lean plan. So I don't need that many things to use. And plus I also play DDR.
I see that you're wiser than me, haha. I think P90X requires some basic training stuffs though... which I have none of. Dumbbells, etc. What comes with your plan? I like salads when they have thousand island dressing and croutons. Even when they're on the side, they tend to be enemies of weight loss. One thing's almost pure fat and the other thing is more like a side of bread. And then meat... delicious meat.
Whatchu talkin bout S? I downloaded P90X from torrent. Lol. And the only thing required for my P90X plan costs like 20$, if that. XD And hmm.. yeah, DDR pad is about 20$ also... xD;; Edit: I like salads. D:
I've tried that no nonsense diet and it turns out that nonsense works just as well for my metabolism (not at all). lol. My body is all for screwing with my brain. And the combined cost of DDR, P90X, and the things necessary for P90X are $$$ and make me want to go to the gym. I've invested too much one day, now I can't go any other! I'm trapped! Does anyone really REALLY like salads? They make me cry.
Here's a good diet for you. Eat what you want, but cut back on the crappy food, and replace it with salads and stuff, and play DDR. Also, P90X is badass if you want to lose weight. Screw the gym. =P
