Click edit, and then find delete. It's in the Journals subforum.
Oh shit, how do I delete a post? It doesn't say it's a journal, how was I to know it was one?
I just noticed this. That's a journal. You can't post in someone else's journal -- it's against the rules. Deleting that post would be a good idea to stay on the good side of a mod. And if you do want to say anything in reply to a journal, use a rep comment, VM or PM.
Created in God's image is a great concept. I believe that whatever created us, has definitely put part of itself in our creation. Like you pretty much said, it makes everyone important, regardless of any choices that we make. Yeah, I'm open to something definitely. I'm not occultic, I disagree with that, but a lot of weird stuff happens around me. I think i'm cursed or something ... I know it sounds weird ... it's just that I always seem to know what the exact time is without looking at clocks, I find myself crying without knowing why, only to have someone phone me in tears. The only three people to have ever bullied me are now dead. It's really scary. Or maybe it's like one of those "signs"that there's something bigger than me trying to make itself known ... confused.com
It's complicated. I'm nominally Christian (although 'Catholic' is more accurate), but don't believe in God. But I like the principles of the Christian faith, as I see them. Like the Imago Dei -- the theological doctrine (or, as I see it, a concept) that asserts that human beings are created in God's image and therefore have inherent value independent of their utility or function. I like that your open to something.
Non-theistic mean non-religious yeah? That's cool, I do believe in something, I just don't know what it is, and obviously will never know until my death. It's cruel in a way But yeah, everyone should be equal in general, or none at all
I'm non-theistic, but I'll take the compliment anyway haha.
I agree. Thanks for saying that, really improved my view of the religious
Technically I'm a Christian humanist. Gay rights are not only compatible with Christianity, they should be at the forefront of its mind. Totally unjust that only straight couples can marry in most places.
Wow, thank you for the "thank you" It's nice to see a member of the Christian faith actually still like me for who I am, instead of my orientation. That was totally awesome of you
