It's based on a daily post count average. If you post a certain amount of times a day, your level goes up. Other than that it's really nothing.
Scuse me, mind if I ask you a quick question? I've been trying to figure it out because it kinda confuses me, but what the hell is that experience bar hovering over everybody's posts?
